An update from Ridgefield Acquisition ( (RDGA) ) is now available.

On January 15, 2026, Ridgefield Acquisition Corp. implemented a capital restructuring in Nevada through a 1-for-10,000 reverse stock split of its common shares, followed immediately by a 10,000-for-1 forward stock split. In the reverse split, shareholders holding fewer than 10,000 shares were cashed out at $0.02 per pre-split share, an amount the board deemed to represent fair market value, while no fractional shares were issued; the subsequent forward split restored the share count for remaining investors so that those not cashed out held the same number of shares after the transactions as before, effectively shrinking the shareholder base while maintaining the overall holdings of larger investors.
