Regency Silver Advances Placement, Grants Stock Options

Regency Silver Corp (TSE:RSMX) has released an update.

Regency Silver Corp has successfully closed an additional $253,500 towards its non-brokered private placement goal of $800,000 and extended the deadline for finalizing the placement to March 31, 2024. Alongside this, the company has issued stock options for 1.7 million shares to key stakeholders at a set price, with a five-year expiration conditional on their continued involvement with the company.
