Qifu Technology, Inc. has announced significant changes to its corporate governance, including the appointment of Mr. Fan Zhao as the new chairman of the board, following Mr. Hongyi Zhou’s resignation. Additionally, Mr. Xiangge Liu joins as an independent director, with further rearrangements in the board’s audit, compensation, and nominating and corporate governance committees.
