Prudential (GB:PRU) has released an update.
Prudential plc has announced the buyback of 396,545 of its ordinary shares at an average price of GBP 6.4623 each, with the intention to cancel them, thus reducing the total number of shares and voting rights in the company. The transaction was carried out through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange, following shareholder approval at the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
