Plug Power Inc. has appointed Colin Angle, former CEO and co-founder of iRobot, as an independent Class III director to serve until the 2026 annual meeting of stockholders. With a background that includes working at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory and holding degrees from MIT, Angle brings a wealth of experience to the board. His appointment, which is fully compliant with NASDAQ and SEC regulations, was announced in a recent press release, bolstering investor confidence in the Company’s governance.
