Perpetual Limited has appointed Mr. Paul Ruiz as a Non-Executive Director and future Chair of their Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee, succeeding Mr. Ian Hammond. Ruiz brings a wealth of experience from his current and past board roles, including his time as an audit partner at KPMG, and is equipped with extensive expertise in the financial services sector. His appointment coincides with Perpetual’s strategic transition towards becoming a focused asset management business.
