Pelangio Exploration Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement aimed at raising up to $500,000 by selling units at $0.015 each, which include a common share and a purchase warrant. The proceeds are intended for working capital and general corporate purposes, with an initial closing date expected around March 30, 2024. The offering will adhere to Canadian securities law and is not open to U.S. investors without registration or exemptions.
