OSB Group PLC has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 110,803 of its ordinary shares across various trading platforms, including the London Stock Exchange, on August 12, 2024. This repurchase is part of the company’s share buyback program initiated on March 15, 2024. Following the transaction, OSB Group PLC’s total issued share capital consists of 385,700,500 ordinary shares, all with voting rights as no shares are held in treasury.
