OSB Group PLC has reported the buyback of 108,936 of its ordinary shares on August 8, 2024, as part of an ongoing share repurchase program. The shares, bought across multiple trading venues, will be cancelled, following which the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights will stand at 385,916,582. The move indicates OSB Group’s proactive approach to managing its capital and providing value to its shareholders.
