OSB Group PLC (GB:OSB) has released an update.
OSB Group PLC has announced the buyback of 117,549 of its ordinary shares on 13 August 2024, which will be subsequently cancelled, as part of its share buyback program initiated on 15 March 2024. This transaction took place across multiple trading venues including the London Stock Exchange and Aquis Exchange with Jefferies International Limited facilitating the trades. Following the buyback, OSB Group PLC’s total issued share count will reduce to 385,582,951 shares with no shares held in treasury, thus maintaining the total voting rights at the same number.
