Orion Minerals Director Increases Shareholding

Orion Minerals Limited (AU:ORN) has released an update.

Orion Minerals Ltd has disclosed a notable change in the holdings of Director Errol Smart, who indirectly acquired 1,333,333 fully paid ordinary shares at a cost of $20,000, altering his total indirect shareholding to 29,758,303 shares. The transaction, part of the company’s Share Purchase Plan that closed on 23 July 2024, also includes a continued indirect interest in 30,000,000 unlisted options expiring in March 2025 and 54,000,000 unlisted options expiring in May 2029, held through Kinsella Holdings Ltd.
