Meta Data Limited ADS (AIU) has released an update.
Meta Data Limited, formerly OneSmart International Education Group Limited and listed with the symbol ‘AIU’ on the NYSE, has entered official liquidation, with trading of its shares halted since August 13, 2024. The Grand Court of the Cayman Islands ordered the liquidation on August 7, and appointed Joint Official Liquidators to oversee the process. Share transactions on the NYSE are now subject to validation by the Cayman Islands Court, and the liquidators are currently assessing the company’s financial status.
