Maxeon Solar Technologies (MAXN) has released an update.
Maxeon Solar Technologies has announced changes to its Board of Directors, with the resignation of two members, Nikita Taldykin and Alban d’Hautefeuille, previously designated by TotalEnergies. The resignations follow TotalEnergies’ reduction in ownership below the 10% threshold required for board designation rights. Maxeon has decided not to fill these board vacancies at the current time.
