Kb Financial Group (KB) has released an update.
KB Financial Group Inc. has announced the termination of its trust agreement for the acquisition of treasury shares, effective July 31, 2024. The agreement, which was originally entered into on August 1, 2023, had a total contract amount of 300 billion KRW. Upon termination, KB Financial Group will retain 5,584,514 treasury shares, adding to its prior holdings of 24,245,382 shares.
