JZR Gold Inc. has updated the terms of its planned private placement offering, aiming to raise up to $1 million through the issuance of up to 6.6 million units at $0.15 each, inclusive of a share and a nine-month warrant. The offer, subject to specific conditions and approvals, also includes a finder’s fee and is available to existing shareholders under certain exemptions. The securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period post-issuance.
