INPP Bolsters Treasury with Share Buyback

International Public Partnerships Limited (GB:INPP) has released an update.

International Public Partnerships Limited, an infrastructure investment company, has bought back 250,000 of its ordinary shares at a unified price of 128.1 GBp per share, intending to hold these in treasury. Post-transaction, the company’s treasury holds 20.9 million shares, with 1.89 billion shares remaining in issue. This move comes as part of INPP’s strategy to provide its shareholders with long-term yield and capital growth.
