IIF Sets Fixed Rate for New Debt Financing

Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corporation has determined the interest rate for new debt financing as 1.00600%. This fixed rate will apply to the 2,100 million yen debt, set to mature on September 27, 2030, with MUFG Bank, Ltd. as the lender. The borrowing, starting on August 1, 2024, will be unsecured and repaid in a lump sum.
