In a recent development, Jeremy Kirkwood, Director of Hawsons Iron Ltd, has significantly increased his holdings in the company through indirect interest. Kirkwood acquired over 3 million ordinary shares and the same number of listed options (HIOO), investing a total of $100,000. This change, part of a share placement, has resulted in Kirkwood now holding over 5.2 million ordinary shares, in addition to 5 million unlisted options and over 3 million listed options.
