Hang Pin Living Technology Company Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Zhang Kaiyuan as an executive Director effective from 30 May 2024. With 9 years of experience in the apparel industry, Mr. Zhang will lead the company’s business activities in the PRC. His remuneration includes an annual director’s fee of HK$360,000 and is subject to performance-based bonuses, as determined by the company’s Remuneration Committee.
