Greencoat Renewables PLC has executed a share buyback on 29 July 2024, purchasing 300,000 of its Ordinary Shares on Euronext Dublin, which will subsequently be cancelled. The shares were bought through their broker RBC Europe Limited at prices ranging from €0.8930 to €0.8990, with a volume-weighted average price of €0.8980. This move is part of a share buyback program initiated earlier in May 2024, leaving the company with 1,124,726,380 Ordinary Shares post-transaction.
