Grafton Group PLC has made significant progress on its GBP 30 million share buyback program by purchasing and canceling 35,000 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange at an average price of £9.3347. This move is part of the company’s strategy to enhance shareholder value by reducing the total number of shares outstanding. To date, Grafton has canceled over 2.3 million shares under this program.
