Georgia Capital PLC has announced the buyback of 20,000 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1022.0000p to 1032.0000p, averaging 1028.0584p per share, as part of its ongoing share buyback and cancellation program initiated on 19 May 2024. These repurchased shares will be held in Treasury with plans to cancel them, which will subsequently reduce the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights to 40,847,605. The company will continue to update shareholders as further purchases are made under the program.
