Genel Energy PLC has announced the appointment of Sir Dominick Chilcott as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from the 1st of September, 2024. Chilcott, a former British Ambassador with over four decades of diplomatic experience, is expected to enhance the company’s strategic objectives and create shareholder value. The company is listed on the London Stock Exchange and focuses on low-cost, low-carbon oil production.
