Computacenter PLC has announced the purchase of 155,732 of its own ordinary shares on September 30, 2024, as part of its Share Buy-back Programme, at an average price of approximately 2486.56 pence per share. The shares will be held in treasury, with the company now having 11,193,788 treasury shares and 109,494,182 shares in issue, excluding those in treasury. Since the beginning of the buy-back program on July 26, 2024, Computacenter has acquired 4,646,927 shares.
