Coca-Cola HBC AG has reported the repurchase of 59,953 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from £27.7600 to £28.0000 per share, as part of its ongoing share purchase program. The shares will be held in treasury for future employee incentives or potential cancellation, following shareholder approval. This buy-back is a continuation of the company’s program initiated in November 2023, with a total of 6,737,971 shares acquired to date.
