China Vanke Co. reported contract sales of RMB21.36 billion in October 2024 and accumulated sales of RMB202.55 billion for the year so far. The company has also expanded its portfolio with two new development projects in Hangzhou and Qingdao. These updates reflect Vanke’s active engagement in the real estate market, despite ongoing uncertainties.
