China Construction Bank Corporation (CCB) has announced the unanimous approval of several key appointments during its recent board meeting held on June 27, 2024. Mr. Zhang Yi is set to become the Vice Chairman of the Board, pending regulatory approval, while Mr. Graeme Wheeler and Mr. Leung Kam Chung, Antony will chair the Risk Management Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, respectively.
