Cathay Pacific Commits to Multibillion Warrant Repurchase

Cathay Pacific Airways (HK:0293) has released an update.

Cathay Pacific Airways Limited has entered into an agreement to repurchase all issued warrants from the holder, with the transaction expected to complete within ten business days. The total consideration will range between HK$1.53 billion and HK$1.88 billion, determined by the Volume-Weighted Average Price (VWAP) before and after signing the agreement. Upon completion, the warrants will be cancelled, and the consideration will be settled in cash.
