Capricorn Energy PLC has conducted a share buyback, cancelling a total of 12,364 ordinary shares through transactions executed by Merrill Lynch International on various trading platforms. The average price paid per share was £225.39, with the company’s total expenditure on the buyback program reaching £18,766,611 to date. Following the cancellation, Capricorn’s total number of ordinary shares in issue and total voting rights now stand at 71,096,825.
