Black Diamond Group Limited has expanded its Modular Space Solutions in Western Canada with a $20.45 million asset purchase of 329 rental units in Kitimat, British Columbia. This strategic acquisition, funded through the company’s asset-based lending facility, will support the growing demand in construction and infrastructure. Additionally, Black Diamond has formed a promising collaboration with Gitxaala Enterprises, enhancing its engagement with the Gitxaala Nation’s traditional territories.
