Bird Construction Inc. mourns the loss of Karyn A. Brooks, a pivotal figure on the company’s Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee. Brooks, who passed away at 70, was lauded for her exceptional expertise, leadership, and commitment to the company’s financial oversight. The firm plans to honor her legacy and will be appointing an interim Audit Committee Chair.
