On July 30, 2024, Baillie Gifford European Growth Trust PLC announced the buyback of 31,419 of its own ordinary shares at 94.90p each, to be held in Treasury. Following this transaction, the company’s treasury will hold 48,848,095 shares, leaving 353,595,595 shares in issue.
