Aura Energy Limited, an Australian mineral company, has announced an update to its capital raising efforts, seeking to raise a total of $18.2 million before costs. The funds will primarily advance the Tiris Uranium Project in Mauritania and the Häggån Project in Sweden, as well as bolster working capital. The company’s share purchase plan and placement have been updated with a new timetable, with key dates including the lodgement of the prospectus on 23 April 2024, and the general meeting for shareholder approval set for 21 May 2024.
