Augmentum Fintech PLC has reported the buyback of 37,500 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 102 pence each, an action executed under the authority of its recent Annual General Meeting. These shares will be subsequently held as treasury stock. Following the buyback, the company’s total number of voting rights now stands at 167,754,471.
