Atomos Ltd. (AU:AMS) has released an update.
Atomos Limited has reached a settlement in the legal disputes with its former CEO, Estelle McGechie, without either party admitting liability and with all claims now mutually released. The company assures that the reserved funds reported in their preliminary final report will cover the confidential settlement payment and future legal costs. This resolution allows Atomos to reallocate resources to developing new products and continue strengthening its financial position.
