América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. reports strong performance in the first quarter of 2024, adding 1.5 million wireless subscribers and connecting 562 thousand new broadband accesses, marking significant growth in both sectors. The company’s revenue grew by 1.1% in nominal terms and 5.0% at constant exchange rates year-on-year, with EBITDA increasing 7.5% at constant rates, excluding tower sales. Despite a slight decline in net profit, América Móvil maintained a robust financial position with an EBITDAaL ratio of 1.5 times.
