Alphawave IP Group PLC has announced a significant change to its board of directors, with the retirement of four Independent Non-Executive Directors who have been with the company since its IPO in 2021. The departing members are recognized for their substantial contributions to Alphawave’s success. Additionally, Weili Dai has been appointed as an Alternate Director, bringing fresh perspective to the board as of 25 June 2024.
