CrowdStrike Holdings (CRWD) stock has fallen 10.8% over the past week, slipped 3.7% over the past month, yet still surged 96.9% in the last 12 months. Wall Street’s analysts are strongly bullish, forecasting a move from the last close at $203.42 toward an average 12‑month target of $238.04.
Analyst Shaul Eyal reiterated his Buy rating on CRWD on September 3, 2026, setting a price target of $250, implying notable upside from current levels. Eyal highlights that CrowdStrike is well positioned for the emerging era of agentic AI, which is reshaping both the threat landscape and security spending.
According to Eyal, agentic AI is creating a new class of attackers and a new attack surface, pushing attacks from human-driven “breakout time” to machine-driven “inference speed.” CrowdStrike CEO George Kurtz argues that AI is democratizing capabilities once reserved for nation-state actors, with enterprises potentially running hundreds of thousands of autonomous agents.
To address this, CrowdStrike launched Falcon Guardian, a new AI Detection & Response product built on its existing Falcon sensor. Guardian discovers sanctioned and shadow AI agents, links prompt intent and identity to operating-system activity, and is designed as a frictionless cross-sell within the current platform.
Eyal also notes that NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang described CrowdStrike as NVIDIA’s “#1 cybersecurity partner/provider,” underlining its strategic position across the AI stack.
