3 Quantum Computing ETFs with Over 23% Upside Potential, According to Analysts

Quantum computing is expected to become one of the next major growth areas in technology as governments and companies increase investment in the field. Investors looking for exposure can consider the WisdomTree Quantum Computing Fund (WQTM), Defiance Quantum ETF (QTUM), and VanEck Quantum Computing UCITS ETF (QNTM). WisdomTree Quantum Computing Fund (WQTM)

The WisdomTree Quantum Computing Fund is one of the few ETFs focused on the fast-growing quantum computing sector. The fund holds 47 stocks and gives investors exposure to both established technology firms and emerging quantum companies.

Its top holdings include Quantinuum, D-Wave Quantum (QBTS), Rigetti Computing (RGTI), IonQ (IONQ), and Microsoft (MSFT).

The ETF has gained 26.58% year to date and 8.15% over the past year. Despite the strong run, Wall Street still sees further upside. The average WQTM analyst price target of $43.83 implies 29.78% upside from current levels.

VanEck Quantum Computing UCITS ETF (QNTM)

The VanEck Quantum Computing UCITS ETF offers investors another way to gain exposure to the quantum computing theme. The fund holds 32 stocks.

Unlike some quantum-focused funds, QNTM combines pure-play quantum companies with larger chip and technology firms. Its top holdings include IonQ (IONQ), D-Wave Quantum (QBTS), Microsoft (MSFT), and Amazon (AMZN).

The mix has delivered strong returns. The ETF has gained 16.08% year to date and 36.85% over the past year. Analysts remain positive on the fund, with the average QNTM price target of €32.77 implying about 27.66% upside from current levels.

Defiance Quantum ETF (QTUM)

The Defiance Quantum ETF provides broad exposure to companies involved in quantum computing and related technologies. The fund holds 88 stocks and manages about $5.87 billion in assets.

Its top holdings include Arqit Quantum (ARQQ), Cloudflare (NET), Snowflake (SNOW), RTX (RTX), and Horizon Quantum Computing (HQ).

The ETF has gained 33.13% this year and 58.24% over the past 12 months. Wall Street remains optimistic on the fund. The average QTUM analyst price target of $178.11 implies 18% upside from current levels.
