Project Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager. Someone who can make complex processes easy to manage, simple to follow through, and measurable their success. 

The responsibilities of the Project Manager will include managing the day-to-day activities around the project, monitoring related KPIs, and collaborating with other team leaders to develop projects’ requirements to meet the defined milestones while constantly improving Project policies and processes. 

 To be successful as a Project Manager, you should demonstrate strong communication skills, be focused, dig into the details, identify potential show stoppers and help others to make the project a success.  

The Project Manager international will work directly under the General manager of the international team. 

    • Collaborating with other team leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects. 
    • Planning projects KPIs, including setting milestones, prioritizing tasks, and assigning deliverables to various team leaders. 
    • Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. 
    • Report on project advancement and financial budget outlines to Senior management. 
    • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards. 
    • Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes. 
    • Implementing use of project management tools  
    • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. 
    • Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification. 
    • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field. 
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management roles in hi-tech industry 
    • Experience in working with product and development teams 
    • Background in finance – advantage. 
    • Speaking additional languages other Hebrew, English – advantage  
    • Good written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Strong attention to details and technicalities. 
    • Excellent organizational and technical skills. 
    • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. 
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty. 
    • Knowledge of using project management tools such as Monday and Asana. 
    • Knowledge of excel and strong orientation to numbers. 
    • Experience with Tableau or equivalent reporting solutions
