VBL Therapeutics announces S-4 Registration Statement declared effective

VBL Therapeutics announced that its registration statement on Form S-4 in connection with the proposed merger with Notable Labs has been declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The definitive merger agreement between VBL and Notable was announced on February 23, 2023 and is expected to close in mid-October 2023, subject to customary closing conditions, including approval of the merger by VBL’s shareholders. The registration statement contains a proxy statement / prospectus / information statement in connection with the merger.
