Universal Display announced that its Board of Directors approved an increased cash dividend of 40c per share on the company’s common stock for the first quarter of 2024, up from the previous quarter’s dividend of 35c per share. The dividend is payable on March 29, 2024, to shareholders of record on March 15, 2024. The dividend reflects our expected continued cash flow generation, and commitment to return capital to our shareholders. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
