Roth MKM raised the firm’s price target on Sprouts Farmers Market to $46 from $39 but keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The company reported another comp-store sales and earnings beat while its gross margin returned to expansion reversing the contraction seen in Q3, the analyst tells investors in a research note. At enterprise value 10-times expected EBITDA however, the valuation on the stock may be too rich, the firm added.
