DA Davidson downgraded New Relic to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $87, down from $95, after the company announced the completion of its “Go-Shop” period today with no interested parties submitting competing acquisition proposals. New Relic remains on track to be acquired by Francisco Partners and TPG in late 2023 to early 2024, the firm noted.
