B. Riley raised the firm’s price target on FS KKR Capital to $22.50 from $22 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares post the Q3 net interest income beat. The analyst says the stock’s discount to peers is too wide and reflects a “still-lingering and exaggerated perception” of inferior credit quality and does not give FSK credit for a peer-like asset yield, and well-covered base dividend.
