Baird analyst Andrew Wittmann lowered the firm’s price target on Fluor to $42 from $44 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm said its 2024 initial outlook came in below rising expectations, and steals focus from a solid awards quarter and FCF improvement, which also appears conservative in the initial 2024 outlook.
