Morgan Stanley analyst Kristin Liwag named Embraer (ERJ) as the firm’s new Top Pick in Aerospace, replacing TransDigm (TDG). After decades of investments, Embraer is “entering a harvest period,” says the analyst, who increased estimates and views the company as a third commercial aerospace player “rising to the occasion and breaking into the duopoly” of Boeing (BA) and Airbus (EADSY). Morgan Stanley has an Overweight rating and $40 price target on Embraer shares.
