Amerisafe increases quarterly dividend by 9.7% to 34c

Amerisafe, a specialty provider of workers’ compensation insurance focused on high hazard industries, today announced that its Board of Directors has increased the quarterly dividend by 9.7%, from 31c to 34c per share. The Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 34c per share, payable on March 24, 2023 to shareholders of record as of March 10, 2023.
