AdTheorent Holding Company announced the expiration of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino, HSR, Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, with respect to the previously announced agreement for the Company to be acquired by Cadent for $3.21 per share in cash, or approximately $324M. The HSR waiting period expired at 11:59 p.m. on May 6, which was a condition to the closing of the pending transaction.
