Xylem Inc (XYL) has shared an update.
Xylem Inc. successfully completed its acquisition of Evoqua Water Technologies Corp., integrating Evoqua’s services into its financial reporting and reorganizing its business segments for enhanced customer experience and service growth. Starting January 2024, Xylem will combine its ISS segment with parts of its Water Infrastructure and Measurement and Control Solutions segments into a new segment called Water Solutions and Services, leaving other segments unaffected. To aid investors, Xylem has provided recast financials for better historical comparison, emphasizing that these do not alter historical consolidated financials and should be seen as supplements to, not replacements for, official GAAP measures.
